The overall experience was great, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the room as well. I have recommended the hotel to a few of my friends.

We did not get to enjoy the pool, due to short stay.

The breakfast spread is amazing, and the staff here really work hard and pay attention to details. 🌟 the rooms are super well-kept, very new, and each one has an AC and a lovely patio to chill on. the location is especially great since it's right in the heart of Old Town.

The restaurant was great and the breakfast was nice hot and free with the posted prices and juice, for instance. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the king room with jacuzzi.

The place was overall clean and newly decorated, had extremely helpful staff who gave good service. The location was good and perfect there, to the main tourist spots. Popped in The Grove Kitchen & Bar for shots before sleep, it was at a moderate distance from the venue👌

There was no elevator which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

Upgraded to a super clean and spacious room with a balcony and beautiful view 😊. the breakfast they served was delicious and warm, and the prices were clearly displayed.

This place keeps the guest room fresh with a modern touch. You won't break a sweat with the air conditioner and can even enjoy some fresh air on the patio. 🌿

The staff was not at all flexible. We DID NOT get a full 24 hours at this property. When you stay in a hotel normally you get close to 24 hrs instead we checked in at 5 and was asked to leave at 11am. Not fair!!!

The front desk staff were super sweet and helpful. Johnny the pool bartender were super sweet and fun. The room was nicely furnished, and beds were very comfortable. Shuttle bus convenient. Pool towels were large, nice and soft. A good brand of shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc..

The older "lady" at the breakfast restaurant was rude, lazy and unhelpful. The room door did not close tightly, so we could easily see daylight (when closed) and therefore it was also very noisy at night (from the street). It would be nice with a screen on the balcony or at the balcony door. Room was cleaned daily, however it didn't look like the floor was vacuumed daily.

Convenient free parking available right at this place. They offer a variety of delicious breakfast options 🍳. Great location close to all the popular tourist spots, and there's a shuttle service to take you there.

We walk into a room where there was a Jacuzzi by the front door. After that we walk through the living room there was a couch and two sofas and then a separate room with our twin queen size bed and a small little kitchen. The room itself was nice

What we didn't like was there were extra roommates with us; these roommates were cockroaches (aka "palmetto bugs"). We saw throughout our stay three cockroaches in our room staying with us. Had to call the front desk they didn't seem surprised at all and they sent a maintenance worker to kill & spray home defense throughout the room. There was no apologies, discounts, or room change. The only reason we stayed in the room in the because we figured after the spray, our room was probably safest. Also this hotel next to charge extra without letting you know. And the so-called housekeeping the only thing they do is change the trash bags; they don't change the sheets nor give you fresh towels (unless you ask).

It has newly remodelled and updated rooms with balcony & view, a giant TV.
